- Option 2 (Full Investment): Invest a minimum of $1,000 in cash or Bitcoin (held by us) at 8% annual interest, compounded.
- Option 3 (Bitcoin Pledge Only): Pledge Bitcoin worth up to $5,000 (3% annual interest, compounded), no cash needed. You can cancel anytime and get your Bitcoin back.
- Conversion to Shares: After 5 years, convert your investment (principal or Bitcoin value plus interest) into RBLK shares at 80% of the market price. For example, $1,000 cash grows to ~$1,469, yielding ~184 shares if the stock is $10 (you pay $8 per share). A $5,000 Bitcoin pledge grows to ~$5,797, yielding ~725 shares.
- If You Don’t Convert: Get back your original cash or Bitcoin (Options 1 and 3) with no interest. Option 3 allows cancellation anytime without penalty.
- What We Do with Your Investment: We mainly buy Bitcoin to strengthen our treasury, with some funds for business operations.
- Open to All: Accessible to accredited U.S. investors and international investors, with low entry points (minimum $1,000 for Options 1 and 2, up to $5,000 Bitcoin value for Option 3).
